Yes we are fully insured with pet business insurance, we are happy to show this on request.
Within your local area unless you request a particular area where you would like me to transport your dog in the car. However, this would have to be discussed and potentially incur a charge.
The majority of our walks are solo walks but if you would like your dog to be walked with other dogs we can set up meet and greets either with our own dog or other client's dogs who would also like their dog to be walked with other dogs, to see if they get along.
Nope! during the meet and greet it will be discussed for we will enter your home whilst you're away, the majority of clients are happy for us to hold their spare key. All keys given to us are kept in a secure location with just your dogs name to keep confidentially.
We will contact you immediantly to discuss the situation, if you are unavaiable and you provided an emergency contact during the meet and greet we will contact them. if we are unable to get in contact with both and urgent veterinary care is required we will go to your listed veterinary practice or the nearest emergency practice depending on the circumstances.
Yes! We work both weekends and holidays, usual times might differ during holidays but we will be up and running!
Yes! we strongly encourage a meet and greet before we continue with any services.
